"Change happens when the pain of staying the same becomes greater than the pain of changing" -Unknown
As a firm believer in the Mind-Body-Soul connection I enjoy working with clients as they process through the journey of their lives. I use an eclectic approach with clients primarily using person centered, solution focused, narrative theory and positive psychology techniques.
